What we collect
Account details (name, email), the contacts and memories you add to your circle, the messages you write, and payment information processed by our payment provider. We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the service reliable.
How we use your data
To deliver cards, send reminders you asked for, personalize message suggestions, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve Notably. We never sell your data.
Sub-processors
We use carefully selected sub-processors to help deliver Notably. These include providers for: handwriting and physical card fulfillment; payment processing; email delivery; database, authentication, and storage; application hosting and AI assistance; and product analytics. A more detailed list of current sub-processors is available upon request. Each provider only receives the minimum data needed and is contractually obligated to protect your information.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, and we follow industry-standard practices for backups, monitoring, and incident response.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Residents of certain regions (EU, UK, California, and others) have additional rights — contact us and we'll honor them.
